She will discuss her transition from full-time retail management to self-employment, including the process of transforming a shipping container into a print studio and developing multiple income streams to support her artistic practice.Tia will also reflect on her role as print studio manager at the historic Hui No‘eau Visual Arts Center, the importance of community-focused arts spaces, and how printmaking can support and connect communities.
